I started with Lektronix as a Customer Service Representative, where my day-to-day activities involved business development, sales and customer service. Now after 5 months, here I am being trained to take up a managerial post within the company!
I am one of the people chosen for the Graduate Leadership Opportunities Program. This program is designed to give you the experience, skills and knowledge to take you anywhere within the Lektronix group. As such my growth curve in Lektronix has been tremendous.
In Lektronix the higher management is as transparent as it could possibly be. You can always approach anybody regardless of post and position for help; never did the superior - subordinate relation come into the equation.
