We supply new, refurbished and obsolete industrial automation equipment as well as offering an unrivalled repair service. An opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Support Executive to join our team.
This is a genuine commercial opportunity in B2B sales. The Sales Support Executive will be tasked with selling a range of industrial automation products to the manufacturing industry. It’s an established product in a multi-billion pound market, so though you’ll need to be dedicated and determined, it’s not a hard-sell environment.
Working from the business’ Singapore office, you will assist Senior Sales Executives to sell into an area assigned to you both. You will be working for a Senior Sales Executive calling customers, prospecting and following up orders for repeat business.

Job profile:
We are looking for a goal oriented, customer focused Sales Executive. Working predominantly in the field, the successful candidate will join our Pune operation to help develop new and existing business throughout the state. Applicants must have a basic understanding of electronics. They must also possess excellent customer facing skills and have the ability to make key decisions under pressure. They must be self-motivated, committed, and conscientious and work well as part of a team. Applicants will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new customers and markets
- Maintaining and Developing existing customer / new customer relationships
- Generating Enquires from customers
- Solving customer problems regarding repairs and spares
- Confirming payment and delivery arrangements for all jobs processed
- Updating all systems with customer activity and information
- Liaise with the customer service to ensure all customers enquires and issues come to a successful conclusion.
- Maintain incoming job count
- Meet sales and job targets set by the Regional Sales Manager
- Anticipating problems that might arise.
- Work alongside all departments in achieving the optimum company performance
Qualification:
- Any graduates
- Candidates with degree in Marketing/Engineering will be preferred.
Skill sets required:
- Should be computer literate
- Excellent spoken & written communication, Presentation & Inter-personal skills.
- Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Driving license is a must
