Overview of the recruitment process

  
The recruitment process starts with an advert, much like the one you might have read to reach this point. From the applicants we then phone interview to attain a 'first sift'. This phone interview is nothing to fear as it only consists of several basic questions designed to find out a little more about you.

The second part of the process consists of a full day assessment centre for each role. We aim to invite 10-12 people per role and find the one best person from this pool.

Formal Offer and References

  
If you are successful at the assessment centre we aim to inform you within 48 hours of this date. We will then take up references to confirm our views of you as a candidate and this is the only part of the process which can take a little time to complete. Upon receipt of references we will then contact you with a formal offer and start date (and confirm this in writing two days later).

Starting with Us and Induction

  
For your first week you will undertake a formal induction within all departments of your location.

Regardless of your position we deem it extremely important that our employees have a good overall view of the entire operation within Lektronix. This means you will spend time with Sales people, Customer Service Representatives, Accounts, Managers and so on.

After this initial induction period you will then begin work in your operational role.
