Job Profile:
This post requires a goal oriented, customer focused, bright, lively person with good telephone skills to join our busy Customer Services Department. The position will involve all commercial aspects of our trade and the successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve required levels of business. They must also possess excellent customer facing skills and have the ability to make key decisions under pressure. They must be self-motivated, committed, and conscientious and work well as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively arrange collections of electronic repairs
- Preparing quotes for repair and supply
- Dealing with incoming enquiries and updates from existing/new customers
- Solving customer problems regarding repairs and spares
- Confirming payment and delivery arrangements for all jobs processed
- Updating all systems with customer activity and information
- Liaise with the customer service manager to ensure all customers enquires and issues come to a successful conclusion.
- Meet sales and job targets set by the Manager
- Anticipating problems that might arise.
- Work alongside all departments in achieving the optimum company performance
- Processing of daily administrative tasks.
Qualification:
- Any Graduates
Skill sets required
- Excellent spoken & written communication in English
- A second or third language is desirable
- Presentation & Inter-personal skills.
- Should be computer literate and internet savvy
- Practical experience in customer services and/or telephone marketing would be an advantage.
