| How Do I Get Reward Points? For every online transaction you will be assigned points based on the value of your order, which is calculated in GBP. For every £1 of invoice value, you will receive 1 reward point. For example, if you placed a £1000 order through our online checkout process then you will be assigned 1000 points when we invoice your company. How Much Is A Point Worth 100 points are worth roughly £1 against items from our gift catalogue or future purchases. My Company Has More Than One Buyer There can be multiple online accounts for each company. As long as you log in to your account you will receive points for any orders that you have placed, while other buyers will receive points for any orders that they place. How Do I Know How Many Points I Have? Simply log in to ‘My Account’ at any time to see your points total. We will also send you a monthly statement via email. What Happens If I Return A Purchase If there are any credits raised against a previous purchase then we will deduct 1 reward point from your total for every £1 of credit issued. If you have already redeemed your points from the previous purchase against a gift then we would deduct £1 from the value of the credit for every 100 points you have already redeemed. | Reward Catalogue You can redeem your points by selecting an item from our online gift catalogue. Simply log in, decide on the item you want, make sure you have enough points then click the ‘Redeem Points’ button. You will be asked to enter your delivery details and the gift will normally be shipped within 48 hours. Future Purchases From Lektronix.net If your company will not allow you to accept personal items, you may apply your points to future online orders. Every 100 points are worth £1, so if you want to receive money off future purchases simply redeem your points during the checkout process. Can I Redeem My Points For Cash? The simple answer is no.
